What we collect

The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, and optionally your company name and a message. That is the only personal data this website asks you for. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside AI Tappers other than the processor named below.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a Discovery call. We rely on legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us. We will not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a contact form submission.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, which acts as a processor and forwards the submission to our email. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request data such as IP address for security and delivery purposes. Our email is on Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained while the conversation is live and for as long as there is a legitimate business reason to keep it. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The partner area at /discovery sets a single strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in for the length of your session.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It is cookieless, does not follow you across sites, and does not build a profile of you. It records the page visited, referrer, and coarse device and country information, with no data that identifies you personally.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email marcus@aitappers.io and we will respond within one month.
